东梁村位于怀来县存瑞镇南（方位），全村总面积3796亩，耕地面积981.9亩，水浇地300亩，退耕还林25亩。全村有310户，670人，劳动力200人，党员40人，“两委”干部4人，现有机井2眼。本村以种植玉米为主。2011年重点建设新民居，其中4栋封顶，其余6栋在建设中，2座建设未开工。2010年该村人均纯收入5133元。
