陆仲远（生卒年月不详），男，江南有名中医。明初，行医至青阳，爱九华风景，遂移家迁居 青阳姑溪。学识渊博，精通中医理论，医术精湛，医德高尚。四乡登门求医者，每日数以百计。精心研究读唐思邈的《千金要方》，逐一临床实验，经过长期实践，写成《千金圣惠方》传世。
