男，1968年出生，河北省高碑店市人，1991年毕业于河北师范大学政治教育系。主要研究方向为民国文化史、中国社会工作发展史，有数十篇论文刊登于《北京邮电大学学报（社会科学版）》、《历史教学》、《中国社会导刊》、《文史精华》、《档案天地》、《商周刊》、《文汇读书周报》、《中国教育报》，文章曾多次被《新华文摘》转摘、转载。
