起于孝感市城区，止于黄陂区天河镇，全长45.35公里。武汉市市境段起于武汉与孝感接壤的界河桥，止于武汉天河国际机场，长16.05公里。 1998年6月开始铺筑沥青路面，11月竣工。

孝天公路

从孝感市城区开始至黄陂区天河镇结束。1995年动工修建，1997年底建成简易路面。1998年6月开始铺筑沥青路面，11月竣工。该路段按平原微丘二级公路标准设计施工，路基宽12米，沥青路面宽9米。总投资2,600万元。
