张曼平，中国海洋大学教授、博导，原民盟中海大主委。

人物简介

张曼平1962-1968年在北京大学化学系上本科，1978-1981年上硕士，1981-1983年上博士，持有北京大学0002号博士证书。1985年在中国海洋大学参加民盟，90年代担任盟基层委员会的组织委员，97-2002年担任中国海洋大学民盟基层委员会的主委。 2005年从中国海洋大学退休。
