夏尚忠（?-1635），字怀耿，庐江汤池（今汤池镇）人，明朝官员。

明天启五年(1625)授禁兵营都司，崇祯二年(1629)授都指挥事，后相继调守归德、扬州市。崇祯十四年(1641)，以功升海防参将、南京神机七营副总兵都督佥事，加中军都督府右都督，晋阶光禄大夫右柱国。入清后归乡，72岁卒。
