杨仲昌，［唐］（约公元七一o年前后在世）字蔓，州乡人。生卒年均不详，约李旦景云元年前后在世。以通经为修文生，累调不甚显。以河阳尉对策，李隆基第一，授蒲州法曹参军。判入异等，迁监察御史。坐累为孝义令。知府萧恕表其政，徙下邽镇。终吏部郎中。
