亦称格拉鲁斯山；德语作Glarner Alpen。

中阿尔卑斯山脉的一部分，主要位于瑞士中东部的格拉鲁斯州境内。山脉向东延伸到莱茵河，向北到瓦伦泽(Wallensee)湖和克劳森(Klausen)山口。包括最高峰特迪峰(Todi, 海拔3,614公尺〔11,857呎〕)在内的许多山峰上有冰盖。山脉北坡是畜牧场，有乳制品业。该地还是著名疗养地和冬季运动场。
