郭晶强，FSDSM，JP（英语：Kwok Jing-keung，1950年12月3日—），曾任香港消防处处长。

个人经历

他在1971年预科毕业后，同年8月加入香港消防处担任助理消防队长。在其职业生涯中，郭晶强在1994年8月获晋升为副消防总长，1996年9月获晋升为消防总长，并于2003年1月获晋升为消防处副处长。2005年12月7日，他接替退休的林振敏出任消防处处长，直至2007年11月退休。
