荀适，三国时期曹魏谋士荀攸的次子，荀缉的弟弟，继承了父亲的爵位陵树亭侯。然而，荀适没有子嗣，在黄初年间，荀的孙子荀彪被封为陵树亭侯，邑三百户，后来转封为丘阳亭侯。
