帅灿章(1889-1960)：民国时期富商。贵州省安顺市人，民国6年（1917）与邓子英合伙，在东街开设益生昌绸布店，成为安顺“四大商号”之一。

1938年，参加安顺“中英庚款促进会”，为国立黔江中学选址安顺做出贡献。1949年举家迁香港特别行政区，1960年病逝。
