张惠字天泽，养马岛西张家庄人。明弘治十八年（1505）进士，任陕西咸宁知县，升工部主事，抽分芜湖市。

人物介绍

牟平区养马岛西张家庄人。明弘治十八年（1505）进士，任陕西咸宁知县，升工部主事，抽分芜湖。廉洁无私，丝毫不苟。由郎中升河南彰德府知府，奏请割除临漳王府、镇国将军禄米德1/3，处分他的7名家人，将其发往边疆。但张惠也因而遭到排挤，降职为河东盐运司同知。他气愤之极。得病去世。
