赛岛狐蝠（Pteropus aldabrensis）是密克罗尼西亚联邦的特有种。由于分布极为狭窄，因此在1996年时在IUCN红色名录内列为极危物种，至1989年后当地禁止了对其捕猎，数目渐趋稳定，近年改分类为资料不足（DD）。
