冯骉，男，1953年9月出生，江苏无锡人，中共党员，教授，博士生导师，1982年毕业于江南大学，研究生学历，博士学位，1998年被确定为跨世纪学术带头人后备人选，1995年被评为轻工总会先进个人，1999年11月任无锡轻工大学校长助理，2001年至今任江南大学副校长。
