陈叔澄（？－605年后），是南梁南陈宣帝陈顼的第二十五个儿子，母亲是申婕妤。583年，陈叔宝立他为南郡王。589年，陈朝灭亡，陈叔澄入隋朝。在隋朝大业年间，他曾担任灵武市县令。
