虾子烧素是河南省传统小吃中的名膳之一，辅料是葱、姜、料酒、酱油、盐、糖、香油、食用油、高汤，虾子烧素香、味、形俱佳，具有浓厚的豫东风味——色重、香浓、汤厚、火透。

主要原料

面筋、虾子，畏料有鸡皮、香菇、银耳、鸡鸭汤等。

制作方法

用温油将面筋炸透，撕成块状，然后加入虾子、鸡皮、香菇、银耳、鸡鸭汤，用文火煨汤收汁。
