元始天尊造像是一款宋代造像。

青铜质，高240厘米。其雕塑装饰风格具有宋代造像风格，头戴冠冕，脚穿云履，身着斜领袍，衣袍及襟边上浮雕有十二章。这十二章是指龙、日、月、星、山、华虫、宗彝、藻类、火、粉米、、。这十二种纹饰象征着皇帝文武兼备，处事英明果断，光明普照大地，恩泽施惠于四方。
