卢生薰（1689—1724年），字文馥，号月湄。陕西镇蕃（今甘肃民勤）人。雍正元年（1723年）癸卯恩科二甲54名进士，钦点庶吉士，众称“卢翰林”。与其胞弟卢生华为民勤县赢得了“人在长城之外，文居诸夏之先”的赞誉。雍正二年（1724年）十月初十日子时，以病卒于凉任，享年三十六岁。
