井上裕，1927年11月17日生，日本千叶县人，牙科教师出身，曾当选千叶县议员。自1980年起4次当选参议员，1990年任海部内阁文部大臣，1998年由千叶县选区再度当选参议员。2000年至2004年7月任参议院议长。丹尼尔·井上隶属自由民主党森派。井上爱好读书、高尔夫球等。
