慈航殿始建于清乾隆五十三年(1788)，原名“火祖殿”奉祀荧惑火德星君及东厨命灶君、九天至宝增福财神等神像。

2000年重修后改名“慈航殿”奉祀大慈大悲大士(又称慈航真人、圆通自在天尊)。慈航大士垂慈施德，普济世间苦难之人。
