林兆鼎（1570——1633），字时廉，号九聚，福清市东瀚镇东瀚村人。明代万历癸丑年（1613年）联捷成进士。历任四川省都、遵义市参将，都督参知，南京右军都督府同知等职。明崇祯二年(1629年)八月，在明平安邦彦之战中任总兵。
