1、油要多，不然怎么叫油淋辣椒；

2、如果是美国的辣椒大而生，可以加点水烧一下，水要烧干；

3、喜欢酱油的可以加点，上色。我觉得色基本可以，一般没放过酱油；

4、不怕辣的可以不去籽。
