施方白，男，同盟会会员。

人物生平

施方白（1887-1970），化名方天权，江苏启东人，同盟会会员，中国国民党早期党员。1913年冬末，参加东京浩然军事学社并加入中华革命党。中华人民共和国成立后曾任农工民主党湖北省委主委。1938年，经周恩来介绍，前往延安市。
