河上咀村是山西省太原市阳曲县东黄水镇下辖村，位于镇政府西南2公里处，交通便利。

全村总户数528户，人口1398人，其中信教群众1109人，占全村总人口80%。村两委成员共5人，党员28名，村民代表18名。

现有耕地4746亩（其中退耕还林729亩），经济收入以种植、养殖、豆制品加工、运输业为主。2011年人均收入4186元。
