益末王朱慈（？－1646年），又作朱慈，号潢南道人，是益定王朱由木的长子，母亲为王妃黄氏。

其父朱由木于1634年逝，1636年，朱慈炲嗣益王。为益先王，或“素王”。明末国变，1645年十月在抚州被当地士绅拥立为监国，他捐款出力，卖命抵抗清军，1645年被出卖后遭李栋所俘，旋赵民怀救出，后走广州市，城陷遇害身亡。
