陈棣，字鄂父，生卒年均不详，宋代青田县人，陈汝锡之子。棣著有《蒙隐集》二卷、《钦定四库全书总目》传于世。

陈棣[约公元一一四o年前后在世]，约赵构绍兴十年前后在世。尝为桐川掾。官至潭州通判。其他事迹均不详。
