胆道梗阻（obstruction of biliary tract）指胆管排出道的任何一段因胆管腔内病变、管壁自身疾病、管壁外浸润压迫等疾病，造成胆汁排泄不畅甚至完全堵塞的胆管机械性梗阻。表现为黄疸，伴上腹隐痛，发冷发热，腹痛性质一般为胀痛绞痛为主，有时绞痛为显著症状，既往有反复发作的病史，一般都呈急性和亚急性的症状出现。治疗应注意肝脏功能变化。
