制作过程

清洗：用清水洗净，沥干。

去皮：把洋葱去掉头尾，剥掉皮衣。

切片：洋葱放在烘盘上，关入干燥间，进行干燥，温度控制在93%，经1-1.5个浊时，把温度降到53℃，干燥到鳞茎水分为6%-7%时，再降温到45℃，干燥到水分含量为3.5%时，取出。

散热：取出洋葱片，在常温下自然散热。
