麦而炫（？-1647年），字章暗，明末政治人物，广东肇庆府高明县（今广东高鹤西北）人。曾任进士，历任上海市、安肃知县。在唐王时期，担任御史。据守高明城，清兵破城后，麦而炫被俘至广州市，但拒绝投降，最终被处死。著有《康山集》。
