材料

阳芋1个，西芹1根，葱，蒜，姜，盐。

做法

1、土豆切丝，这个丝要粗一点（当地人俗称板凳腿）清水洗净控干水分，西芹斜刀切成丝。

2、锅内清油烧热下葱姜蒜爆香后下西芹略炒一会在把土豆丝放入一起翻炒在加入盐炒至断生出锅。这个菜要比一般土豆丝炒的时间稍长。
