雷万春，湖北仙桃人，著名书法家，中国书协会员、省书协顾问、省书画研究会常务副会长，曾任省政协副秘书长、省中央社会主义学院党委书记等职。

20多年来创作很多精品，真草隶篆各体皆备，尤以行书为观众称道。作者传统文化功底深厚，书写内容大多为自作诗词。2011年8月因病医治无效去世。
