1-十六醇，或鲸蜡醇是一种脂肪醇，分子式为CH3(CH2)15OH。在室温下，1-十六烷醇为一蜡质的白色固体或薄片。别名鲸蜡醇主要是最早从鲸油提炼分离出来的缘故。
