刘绍珍，刘藻之子，广平易阳人。没有别的才干，善于拍马附会，喜好饮酒。

巴结刘腾，刘腾推荐他为国郎中令。刘绍珍继承父亲的子爵。渐迁本州岛别驾、司空等官，因事免官。建义初年，帝诏复官，不久除授太中大夫。永安二年（529年），除授安西将军、河北省太守。回到朝中，过了很长时间，朝廷拜授他为车骑将军、左光禄大夫，出任浚县太守。所任没有政绩。天平年间，因子尚书郎刘洪业入于关中率众侵扰，伏法而死。
