番茄、胡萝卜，肉丁，玉米粒，青豆

做法

1、番茄两个，底部切去一片，剩下的部分挖出内部，外壳留用；

2、挖出的番茄切丁，胡萝卜切丁，肉丁，玉米粒，青豆；

3、锅内放油，葱姜炒香加入肉丁炒熟，加入2中的其他材料一起翻炒，加入亨氏番茄沙司，一点盐，水盖上锅焖三分钟，出锅盛入1中的盅内就好。
