杨倞（？—？），唐朝州弘农县人。生平不详，仅知其为李纯年间人，杨汝士之子，历官东川节度使、刑部尚书、大理评事。著《荀子注》一书，为现今流传《荀子》之最早注本，《荀子》一书，以难读著称，学者多从杨注。两《旧唐书》皆无传。
