新土尔扈特二旗是古旧旗名，于1772年以舍棱的新土尔扈特置左右二旗，驻地在今新疆维吾尔自治区青河东南唐巴诺孜尔东南，1914年属阿尔泰区域，直隶中央，1919年改属阿山道，并入新疆。

新土尔扈特二旗，古旧旗名。清乾隆三十七年（1772年）以舍棱的新土尔扈特置左右二旗，驻地在今新疆维吾尔自治区青河东南唐巴诺孜尔东南。属科布多参赞大臣管辖。光绪三十年（1904年）改属阿尔泰办事大臣。1914年属阿尔泰共和国区域，直隶中央。1919年改属阿山道，并入新疆。
