高觐昌（1856—1924）清末官员。字葵北，一字绍芬，号省庵，后改字遁庵，晚号葵园遁叟，江苏丹徒人。光绪十二年（1886）二甲六十九名进士，翰林院编修，历官广东廉州、雷州市、广州市知府，广东巡警道等，辛亥革命后返里家居，以遗老自命，民国九年（1920）受聘领衔修《续丹徒县志》。
