吴系科（1927年3月—2014年4月17日），出生于临城县，是中华人民共和国的流行病学家。他在1953年5月开始在安徽医学院卫生系流行病学教研组担任助教、讲师，后来在安徽医科大学卫生系流行病学教研室担任副教授、教授、主任，并兼任中华医学会安徽分会副会长，吴系科在合肥市逝世，享年88岁。
