李斯，男，1983年生，湖南长沙人。中共党员，2013年毕业于北京大学历史学系，获历史学博士学位，主要研究方向为秦汉史，现为湘潭大学历史系讲师。

2002.9-2006.7：湘潭大学哲学与历史文化学院，获历史学学士。

2006.9-2009.7：湘潭大学哲学与历史文化学院，获历史学硕士学位。

2009.9-2013.7：北京大学历史学系，获历史学博士学位。

2013.7-至今：湘潭大学历史系讲师。

在《简帛研究》、《中国历史地理论丛》、《文史知识》等刊物发表论文十余篇。
