觉航居士，本名罗世发，出生于易学世家，当代著名的周易研究家、预测学家、实战派应用专家，是世界易学联合委员会特邀会员，被厦门大学等多家高校聘为国学客座教授。

觉航居士不仅是周易文化的集大成者，也是“神元命理体系”的开创者。
