曾亨（？--374），字兴国，晋朝泗水县（今山东泗水）人。道教人物，十二真君之一，宋代政和二年（1112年）追封“神惠真人”。

亨据说出于汉朝宰相曹参后裔，少年聪慧博学，遍访名山修道，通符法，能为人治病，汲郡孙真人赞为“必作霄外之人”，后至豫章许旌阳真君门下修道，得其重视，多授法术，宁康二年，与许逊同时羽化。
