江南抗日救国军东路指挥部是指1940年4月23日，由江南抗日救国军东路司令部改编。仍简称新“江抗”。司令员兼政治委员、政治部主任谭震林，副司令员何克希，参谋长张开荆，政治部副主任吴仲超，辖2个支队。
