楼奕林，女，笔名奕林，出生于1948年，汉族，浙江萧山人。1977年毕业于杭州大学中文系。历任《浙江文艺》诗歌编辑，《江南》诗歌、散文编辑，专业作家，文学创作二级。浙江省作家协会理事、诗创会副主任。1978年开始发表作品。1995年加入中国作家协会。著有诗集《我的三月八日》（合作）、《野鸽子》、《荆棘鸟》，散文集《水之缘》等。长诗《母亲》获1980年浙江省优秀作品奖，散文《水之缘》获1992年浙江省优秀作品奖。
