于敦山，博士。北京大学软件与微电子学院副教授、集成电路设计与工程系副主任。多年来从事超大规模集成电路设计技术、SOC设计技术等方面的研究工作。主持“16位微处理器设计”、“IP模块、IP核嵌入技术研究”、“家庭网络SOC平台”等五项部委重点项目。发表论文20余篇，译著《SOC设计与测试》等三部。
