陈叔俨（573年前－589年后），字子思，是陈顼陈之第十五子，母亲是姬徐氏。他性格凝重，举止方正。陈叔宝即位后，立他为寻阳王。在至德元年，他被任命为侍中、仁武将军，并担任佐史的职务。南陈灭亡后，他归附隋朝。在杨坚时期去世。
