陈伯亮（1479年-1526年），字执之，福建福清人，明朝政治人物、进士出身。

陈伯亮，字执之，福清人。明正德年间考中进士。初任崇德知县，严制豪强，痛绳奸猾，讼狱衰息，废坠振修，境内肃然，民不知扰。以最入为监察御史，督学南北甸，多士服其公。复以为四川省督学副使，未上卒，中外惜之。见《崇德志》。
