CLX（Component Library for Cross-Platform跨平台组件库）是可以应用在win32和Linux两种平台上的，用Delphi 7开发的CLX程序，可以不做任何修改，在Linux下用Kylix重新编译.Delphi 7现在支持VCL和CLX两个类库。CLX在底层是基于Qt这个类库的，在Linux系统上面Qt的名字是非常重要的。
