西陂村地处漳州市华安县县北端，位于九龙江北溪中游，北临漳平芦芝，闽中通道贯穿全村，湖林乡政府所在地，距离华安县城17公里，漳平市中心32公里。全村土地总面积19721亩，下辖7个自然村，8个村民小组，拥有村民386户，人口1562人，党员60人。气候温和滋润，冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，属于亚热带气候，年平均气温20.8度，无霜期达320天以上，适合种植高山铁观音优质茶。
