公平路码头(Gongpinglu Matou) 位于黄浦江北岸陆家嘴街道弯道北岸。

东临公平路，西至小港码头，背靠东大名路。岸线长约245米。是上海港外贸件杂货码头。原是耶松新船坞码头，清同治十三年(1874年)招商局收购后称招商局第一码头，又称招商局北栈。1949年后改今后。现属上海港高阳港务公司经营。1995年完成货物吞吐量约70万吨。
