（1320～1388）公卿，歌人。得到足利尊氏信任，自光明天皇开始，历四代北朝天皇，担任摄政、关白。擅长和歌、连歌，其所编《菟玖波集》是最早的连歌集，其通过《应安新式》确立了继承和歌传统的“堂上连歌”，对提高连歌在文艺上的地位做出了重要贡献。
